1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions govern membership with Aliens Collective Pty Ltd / AustrAliens Events ("Aliens Collective", "we", "us", "our").
By purchasing or holding a membership, you agree to these Terms.
Membership grants access to Aliens Collective private gatherings and events, subject to capacity, safety, compliance, and member conduct.
2. Membership Nature
2.1 Membership is a private community access pass, not a refundable retail product.
2.2 Membership provides access to eligible Aliens Collective gatherings during the validity period.
2.3 Access is always subject to:
- Venue capacity limits
- Government regulations
- Safety requirements
- Compliance obligations
- Member behaviour
2.4 Some events may require additional vehicle passes, camping passes, or add-ons.
3. No Change-of-Mind Refunds
3.1 Memberships are non-refundable for change of mind.
3.2 Failure to attend an event does not entitle the member to a refund.
4. Event Changes, Postponement & Cancellation
4.1 Aliens Collective reserves the right to:
- Change event dates
- Change venues within reasonable distance
- Adjust lineups
- Modify programming
4.2 If an event is postponed, membership remains valid for the rescheduled date.
4.3 If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, members will be offered either:
- A refund of the unused portion of membership, or
- A credit toward a future event.
4.4 If a major change occurs (such as significant date or location change), members may request a remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
5. Removal & Conduct
5.1 Members must comply with the Code of Conduct and Conditions of Entry.
5.2 Members removed for misconduct, illegal activity, or safety breaches are not entitled to refunds.
5.3 Aliens Collective reserves the right to refuse entry or revoke membership where necessary to protect safety and community standards.
6. Force Majeure
Aliens Collective is not liable for failure to deliver an event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Extreme weather
- Government directives
- Fire bans
- Natural disasters
- Public health orders
In such cases, remedies will be provided in accordance with Section 4 and Australian Consumer Law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Aliens Collective is not liable for:
- Personal injury caused by attendee negligence
- Loss or theft of personal property
- Indirect or consequential loss
Nothing in this clause limits rights under Australian Consumer Law.
8. Amendments
Aliens Collective may update these Terms where reasonably necessary. Updated Terms will be published on this website.
